• Inspection of high pressure vessel

    Comprehensive inspection of high pressure vessel includes air-tightness test (generally hydrostatic test), NDT check for the main weld or inspection for all of the weld . But for the vessels with low pressure , non- flammable or non-toxic and non- corrosive medium , if no defect is found , after certain experience is obtained , NDT inspection is not necessary. Comprehensive inspection cycle for high pressure vessel is generally done at least one time every six years . For the qualified vessel containing air and inert gas , after certain experience is obtained and confirm that no corrosion exists through one or two internal and external inspection, comprehensive inspection cycle can be appropriately extended. The main contents of the check includes: whether there is crack ,deformation, leakage, local overheating and abnormal phenomenon on the outside surface of high pressure vessel, ; whether safety accessories are complete, sensitive, and reliable; whether the fastening bolts are in good condition, all tightening; whether abnormal phenomenon exists such as the foundation is sinking, tilting or the anticorrosive layer is damaged. External examination should be done by inspectors, it also should be the daily inspection routine of the operators. If danger(such as pressure element cracks, deformation, serious drain permeability, etc.) is found, the vessel should be stopped and the relevant personnel should be promptly informed.

    3. Assembly and cautions

    a) The inlet with the red mark is for the hot water, and the blue mark is for the cold water.

    b) After the temperature is set, the outlet water temperature change is ±2° if the water temperature and pressure changes

    c) When the pressure for cold water and hot water is not the same,it often happens that there is only hot water or cold water, one-way check valves are fixed at the cold & hot water inlets,such problem won’t happen.

    d) Pressure ratio between the clod and hot water should be ≤8:1, if the ratio is bigger than this, a regulator should be added to the side with higher pressure so as to guarantee that the mixing water valve can be adjusted normally.

    Notes during usage and debugging

    1) Turn the water output volume to the biggest during temperature debugging

    2) Turn clockwise to reduce the temperature; turn anti-clockwise to increase the temperature. During initial adjustment, please turn from low temperature to high temperature so as to protect the hands.

    3) Normal position of the adjusting knob is the position indicating “38°”, if you need the temperature above 38°, press the red button then turn the knob anti-clockwise to increase the water temperature. In other conditions, the temperature cannot exceed 38 ° so as to protect the children from getting burned by the hot water due to improper use.
